Essential oils

We obtain essential oils from citrus fruits. The extracts are used as flavourings in the beverage, cosmetics and aromatherapy industries. The production of orange, mandarin and lemon oils builds on the solid experience gained by our business since 1892.

Zests

We valorise every part of the citrus fruit by also producing diced peels for the confectionery industry and dried peels used for pectin extraction and animal feed. We also produce frozen peels for alcoholic infusions.

L'essenza della natura from 1892

The company was founded in 1892 with the production of essential lemon oil using the traditional 'sponge' extraction method.

The business was later integrated with the processing of Sicilian oranges and mandarins for the production of juices, concentrates, essential oils and diced peels.

That craft tradition and passion for the fruits of the earth are still intact in the historic premises at Via Maceo 7, in Terme Vigliatore, in the province of Messina - Sicily.
